Order Tracking Numbers
We will send you a tracking number when your order ships, so you can easily track your package(s) from the factory to your door. You can also retrieve a tracking number when you check your Order Status. The order status page can be accessed by clicking the My Account Login at the top of the page, logging in, and scrolling to the bottom of the page. If a tracking number is available, it will show in the "shipping status" column. You can also click the order number which will take you to a printable receipt with the tracking numbers included.
Each tracking number is linked to the shipper's website for updated package status and estimated delivery date. A tracking number may not be available for your order if the item has not shipped yet, or if the direct-ship manufacturer for your item does not provide tracking numbers.
Changing or Canceling an Order
Before your order has been placed
If you have not yet hit the "Place Order" button during checkout, you can easily make changes in the shopping cart. You can add items, remove items, and change the quantities of the products instantly - all before entering your purchasing information.
After your order has been placed
If you have already placed your order please call (866) 687-0587 and we will be happy to assist you. Please have your order number available. If you would like to cancel an order contact us as soon as possible. It is not possible to cancel an order once the item(s) have left our facility.

Has my order shipped?
Finding out if your order has shipped is easy! All you have to do is check the Order Status Page. The order status page can be accessed by clicking the My Account Login at the top of the page, logging in, and scrolling to the bottom of the page. Enter your email address and password to see if your order has shipped; or, use your order number instead of your password. Our Order Status page will also show your order tracking number(s), if available. Forgot your password? No problem! Just click the My Account link, enter your email address under Forgot Your Password, and we'll send your password to that address within 10 minutes.
How do I track my order?

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Dexter orders are assigned a tracking number when the item(s) ship from us or the manufacturer. When a tracking number becomes available, we'll email it to you within 24 hours of the item being shipped. A tracking number may not be available for your order if the item has not shipped at the time of your inquiry.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Because your order may ship from different warehouses, shipping times may differ from state to state. Please allow an additional 1 to 5 business days after the shipment date for delivery.
How do I retrieve my password?
To retrieve your password, click the My Account button at the top of the page, and enter your email under Forgot Your Password. You could also simply click here, and enter your email address under Forgot Your Password. This should be the address you gave when you placed your order. We'll email your password to your address within 10 minutes.
