At Dexter - Redneck Trailer Supplies, orders placed by 3 pm CST are usually processed the same day. Many of the products we sell may also be drop shipped directly from warehouses around the country. Expected ship dates are our best estimate based on past shipping times and are more than 90% accurate. Should an unexpected delay in shipping occur, we will notify you by telephone and e-mail (or letter) of the new projected shipping date and provide you with an opportunity to keep your order or cancel it for a prompt and complete refund. In-stock items usually ship in 1-2 business days (weekends and holidays are not considered business days). Please allow an additional 1 to 5 business days after the shipment date for delivery.

Get Free Ground Shipping on qualified orders of $150 or more without hidden fees. At Dexter - Redneck Trailer Supplies, 100% of our items are eligible for Free Ground Shipping, which means no worries about extra costs on the vast majority of auto accessories for your vehicle.

Standard Shipping

For orders under the Free Shipping threshold, you will be quoted a shipping cost on the shopping cart while placing your order. Note, all orders are subject to final verification and you will be contacted if your shipping cost is different than what was quoted in the cart.

Shipping / Delivery Times

The estimated shipping time of your item(s) is available at the Shopping Cart page. Once the item ships, please allow an additional 1-5 business days for delivery to your door. Because our products ship from warehouses and manufacturers across the US, exact shipping method and times will vary by item. Also, your items may not ship together or arrive at the same time.

Get Free Ground Shipping on qualified orders without hidden fees.

Dexter formerly Redneck Trailer Supplies has Free Ground Shipping everyday on 100% of our products with a $150 qualifying order, saving you some valuable cash on parts and accessories. Some restrictions do apply. Here's the details:

  • Free shipping offer is valid on all Dexter formerly Redneck Trailer Supplies items.
  • Shipping method will be selected by Dexter - Redneck Trailer Supplies. Free shipping orders will be delivered via a standard ground shipping method selected by Redneck Trailer Supplies or our direct-ship manufacturers/fulfillment centers. Express shipping orders are not eligible for Free Shipping.
  • Not available on international, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO orders. Only standard ground shipping orders to residential and commercial addresses in the continental US are eligible for Free Shipping.
  • Dexter - Redneck Trailer Supplies reserves the right to end or change this Free Shipping offer at any time

Alaska, Hawaii Orders

Unfortunately, Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for Free Shipping at this time. When going through the cart, orders with destination to Alaska and Hawaii will be quoted a competitive shipping cost.


Unfortunately, we are unable to offer APO/FPO shipping at this time.

LTL Freight Items

At this time most Dexter formerly Redneck Trailer Supplies items are shipped via UPS or USPS.  Select items or orders will be shipped through an LTL carrier at our discretion. 

Packaging damage

Prior to signing for your order please make sure to inspect the Packaging for any signs of damage. If any substantial damage is present that you feel may have affected your item please refuse the shipment and Do Not Sign the Delivery Receipt. Once the order is refused, please contact us promptly at or call (866) 687-0587 8am-6pm (All times CST)and speak to one of our Customer Service Specialists so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.

If the damage to the package is minor and you feel your order has not been affected you can still accept the shipment but make sure to note the delivery receipt with the exact nature of the damage and write on the delivery receipt “Subject to Concealed Damage”.

Concealed damage

Immediately after receiving you order open and inspect your item for any signs of “Concealed Damage”. In the event that you encounter any damage contact the carrier immediately to report the damage. The Carrier should be contacted no later than 48 hrs. after receipt of the shipment. You will need to retain your copy of the delivery receipt as well as all of the original packaging materials for proper claim documentation. If possible digital photos should also be taken to further support any claims. Once you have contacted the carrier, please contact us promptly at or call (866) 687-0587 and speak to one of our Customer Service Specialists so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.

Canadian Orders
Dexter formerly Redneck Trailer Supplies is unable to ship Canadian orders at this time. 

International Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping to other countries at this time.

U.S. Territories
We are unable to ship to U.S. Territories at this time. 

Shipping FAQ

How long will delivery take?
Because our products ship from different warehouses in different states, shipping times to your address will vary.  Please allow an additional 1 to 5 business days after the shipment date for delivery.

Can I get my order faster?
Yes you can! Simply select "Second Day Air", "Next Day Air", or "Three Day Select" when selecting the shipping method for the order.  Note that orders placed after our UPS pick-up time will ship the following business day.  Pick-up times vary upon location.

Please note: orders shipped with expedited delivery options are not eligible for Redneck Trailer Supplies Free Shipping.

Can I select the shipping company for my order?
Redneck Trailer Supplies uses the best possible shipping method for your order's delivery. The shipping company used to handle your order may vary by item, manufacturer or fulfillment center. At this time, we cannot change the shipping method used for your item(s) on request.

**Please note: to be eligible for Free Shipping, Dexter formerly Redneck Trailer Supplies must select the shipping company and method for your item. Express shipping options are not eligible for our Free Shipping offers.

Can I ship to a different address?
Absolutely! After you proceed to checkout, you will be asked for both a Billing and Shipping address.

Note, when entering your billing address, make sure it's the same address that appears on your monthly statement.

Will all of my items arrive at the same time?
Because we work directly with the manufacturers, items may ship at different times from various locations in separate boxes. Therefore, we cannot assure you that items will ship together or arrive at the same time.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
We usually receive a tracking number from our manufacturers when your order ships. We then email this tracking number to you within 24 hours of your order shipping out, so you can easily track your package(s) from the factory to your door.

You can also retrieve a tracking number when you check your Order Status. If a tracking number is available, it will show in the "shipping status" column. Each tracking number is linked to the shipper's website for updated package status and estimated delivery date.

A tracking number may not be available for your order if the item has not shipped yet, is still being custom-manufactured for your vehicle, or if the direct-ship vendor for your item does not provide tracking numbers.

Can I give the delivery driver special instructions?
At this time, we are unable to issue special shipping instructions to delivery drivers (i.e. leave package with neighbor, leave package on porch, etc.). You may leave a note for the driver on your door with special instructions; however, the delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the driver.

Once your item has shipped and you have received a tracking number, you can attempt to give special delivery instructions to the shipping company handling your package(s).

Will I have to sign for my package?
For your security, our manufacturers may require a signature for delivery based on the dollar amount of your order. You may leave a note for the driver with special instructions, however, the delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the driver.
